3.1 To register and maintain a bmb69 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity details.
4.3 bmb69 will conduct KYC identity verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal request, and at any subsequent time where bmb69 deems verification necessary for security, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes. Acceptable KYC documents include:
4.4 Players must notify bmb69 promptly if any registered account information changes, including email address, residential address, or linked payment methods. Failure to maintain accurate details may result in Account suspension.
4.5 bmb69 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bmb69 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 bmb69 strongly recommends enabling email-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. This feature can be activated at any time from your Account security settings.
5.3 You must notify bmb69 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
5.4 bmb69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential, provided that bmb69 acted in good faith in processing transactions authorised by those credentials prior to receiving notice of a breach.
5.5 bmb69 reserves the right to lock an Account temporarily if it detects unusual login patterns, atypical transaction volumes, or any other activity indicative of unauthorised access or fraud.
6.1 All deposits on bmb69 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bmb69 accepts deposits via the following methods:
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
6.3 Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by bmb69's payment processor. Bank transfer credits typically appear within fifteen (15) minutes during WIB banking hours; e-wallet credits are generally instant.
6.4 Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in their own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts — including shared bank accounts not registered to the Player — may be reversed and the depositing Account suspended pending investigation.
6.5 bmb69 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. However, third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
7.1 Players may request withdrawals of their available Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) at any time from the bmb69 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
7.2 bmb69 targets a processing time of one (1) to three (3) hours for withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts during WIB business hours (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity the following business period.
7.3 bmb69 will only process withdrawals to a payment account held in the same name as the registered bmb69 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.
7.4 bmb69 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to cases where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 10.000.000, the Account has not previously completed full KYC verification, or bmb69's risk systems flag the transaction for review.
7.5 If any withdrawal request cannot be fulfilled due to an ongoing account investigation or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, bmb69 will notify the Player by email and provide a reasonable estimate of the resolution timeline.
7.6 bmb69 does not deduct processing fees from withdrawal amounts paid to verified accounts. Any fee charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider is the Player's responsibility.
8.1 bmb69 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates.
8.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.
8.3 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, different payment methods, or any other means — constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and Account suspension.
8.4 bmb69 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions that are found to have been offered in error — including erroneous odds, miscalculated bonuses, or technical pricing errors — may be voided at bmb69's discretion, with affected stakes refunded to the Player's Account.
8.5 Bonus Funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
9.1 All bets and wagers placed on bmb69 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sakong, or Fish Shooting. Product-specific rules are accessible within each product section of the platform.
9.2 A bet or wager is considered "accepted" only when bmb69's system has confirmed acceptance and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account balance. Bets placed during a period of technical disruption may be voided at bmb69's discretion.
9.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic football, EPL match officials, or the game provider's certified RNG output for casino games) shall be final and binding.
9.4 bmb69 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — including instances of obvious pricing errors, feed malfunctions, or bets placed after an event has materially commenced — and to refund the stake to the Player's Account.
9.5 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to the stated odds at the time of placement. If any single leg of a mix parlay is voided, that leg is treated as a push (odds of 1.00) and the remaining legs are settled normally.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bmb69 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, together with forfeiture of all associated balances:
